Taste and experimentation. You can choose to savour our dishes in the lake-view dining room or the terrace, which always overlooks Lake Iseo, with its breathtaking panorama, as well as our convivial dining room featuring a seven-metre long table made of solid oak, a unique piece: 900 years of history, over 500 kg in weight. Pure energy transmitted by the history of the tree.

Our restaurant is a combination of research, Bergamo traction and typical lake dishes.
With a few special details. The vegetables chosen by our chefs come from our organic garden or from a selected search of local producers. To flavour our dishes, the garden also offers an assortment of aromatic herbs that we use fresh in season and dried in winter. High-quality choices are also made for the seafood and meat, of Piedmontese origin, and for the fish from Lake Iseo, an unmissable tradition and expression of our origins and our land.

And then: cheese, milk and milk derivatives come from the Lombardy region, of the highest quality, just as the oil we use is only Tuscan, extra virgin Evo.
Finally, our wine cellar has Italian labels chosen from renowned names and small producers: we always look for indigenous grape varieties to propose new wines to our customers.
Our kitchen is available to recommend special menus for events and ceremonies as well as for special requests in case of allergies and intolerances.
Finally, all the bread, focaccia and breadsticks are prepared by our brigade, as is the fresh pasta.
